Supporting children and young people on Sydney’s Northern Beaches to feel successful, capable and confident in their everyday.
We support children and young people with a range of social, emotional, sensory and learning needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, developmental delays, and anxiety. No diagnosis needed.
If your child is finding friendships, school or everyday life tricky, we’d love to help. We work alongside families, teachers and therapists so the skills your child builds with us show up where they matter most: at home, at school and out in the world.
What we offer
-
Individual support that helps your child or young person build confidence, independence and connection. We go to the places that matter to them: the park, the shops, local activities and their community.
-
Our skill- building school holiday program is tailored to the group we have, to make it fun, engaging, and motivating. This creates the right environment for children to learn. We work on social skills, friendship building, emotional regulation and resilience to develop kids self- esteem and confidence.
Our January program is aimed at children aged 7-12.
-
One-to-one early intervention support for children aged 3–9, at home or at school.
Evidence- based and student led, our sessions align with NDIS and therapy goals to build communication, social skills and independence through activities and experiences.
-
Our skill- building club is fun, engaging, and motivatin to create the right environment for children to learn. We work on social skills, friendship building, emotional regulation and resilience to develop kids self- esteem and confidence.
Why join Evie Moons Club?
Every Evie Moons Club program is research-informed and built on evidence-based practices. We combine established strategies for supporting children with autism, ADHD and other learning differences with play, interests and real experiences.
Children learn best when they feel safe, connected and capable. Our neuroaffirming practices are chosen to create these conditions first, so children and young people have the capacity to communicate, connect and try new things.
We believe all behaviour is a form of communication. Rather than focusing only on what a child or young person is doing, we look for what they may be telling us, and we adapt the environment and our approach to meet them where they are.
At Evie Moons Club we build our clubs around five connected ideas. These pieces fit together to build the bigger picture- a confident, capable participant in everyday life.
Explore. Connect. Create. Learn. Grow.
Explore: Following interests and curiosity
Connect: Building friendships and trusted relationships
Create: Making, building, cooking and problem-solving
Learn: Growing social, emotional, and indepedence skills through real experiences
Grow: Building confidence, independence and self-belief
Who is Evie Moon?
In 2019, Evie Moon's family had approached more than 12 services looking for a place that could truly support her. At Pete's OOSH service on the Northern Beaches, she found it, and grew from a hesitant participant into a confident social butterfly. Evie taught us the value of finding your tribe and feeling safe and understood. Evie Moons Club was born from those lessons, so every child can belong, build confidence and thrive in their own way.
